What if the recipient does not have SolStamps?
When our software recognizes an email account is not SolStamps secured, a custom header will be added to the outgoing email. Recipients can verify the sender by clicking a button link, which directs to a custom webpage featuring sender's information and email content.
When is SolStamps going to come out of beta?
SolStamps Indivudal Version 1.0 will release early winter 2023. The full fledged enterprise solution will follow early spring 2023. Join our waitlist to stay up to date on our specific launch date.
Can I onboard myself or my business to the SolStamps beta?

How do I edit the name recipients see?
To ensure the recipient is not misled by a false name, we only allow senders to submit an alternative nickname or shortened name for their SolStamps profile (i.e, Elizabeth = Eliza). To do this, go you your Dashboard and click change the name.
